This week Hewlett-Packard has unveiled new additions to its range of business laptops announcing the imminent launch of new EliteBook 700 and ProBook 600 notebooks powered by AMD Ryzen chips later this month. The new laptops take the form of the HP EliteBook 735 G5, EliteBook 745 G5, and EliteBook 755 G5 which are priced from $999 together with the all new HP ProBook 645 G4 which is priced starting from $759.
In case you were wondering the middle number of the system numbers indicates the size of the screen for example the EliteBook 735 has a 13.3 inch display, for example, while the ProBook and EliteBook 745 are both equipped with 14 inch displays. The new HP notebooks are supplied with a choice of either Windows 10 Pro, Home, or FreeDOS 2.0 operating systems and example specifications include 13.3 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display with 220 nit touch and non-touch options, or a 220 nit touchscreen option, AMD Ryzen 3 2300U, Ryzen 5 2500U, or Ryzen 7 2700U processor options supported by up to 32GB DDR4-2400 using 2 SODIMM slots and 128GB or 256GB SATA SSD, 512GB M.2 SATA SSD, or 256GB or 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD.
